Initially, I took photographs simply as a hobby, self-teaching myself the art of photography, attending exhibitions, and studying the works of world-famous artists.

From 2009 to 2012, I worked as a freelance producer. During that time, I was involved in shooting for a wide range of small and well-known brands, the most famous of which was Ulysse Nardin, a manufacturer of high-end watches.

In 2012, I began my independent career and, a few weeks later, produced my first cover shot for the Style Academy magazine, a professional periodical on the beauty industry. Afterwards I worked with modeling agencies and advertising production companies, making photographs for clients such as Johnson and Johnson, LVMH, OWL Companies, Publicis Groupe, as well as a variety of online stores, electronic publications, and fashion designers.

In 2014, I founded Brandpics — an agency specialized on advertising photography and commercial still life for digital and print — and I’m currently the creative director and leading photographer in the PIX Media advertising agency. My team takes care of preparing and conducting surveys all over the world. We provide a full range of services, from the development of photo shoot concept art and organizational solutions to post-processing and presentation of the finished material. Our experience includes: the selection of models and actors, organization of auditions, location search and preparation, selection of props, logistics, technical support, development of images, as well as directly carrying out the shooting and post-processing: photomontage, retouching, and the design of advertisement. I find inspiration in classical portraiture and fashion photography, which includes the works of artists such as Irving Penn, Richard Avedon, George Hurell, Norman Parkinson, Horst P. Horst, Henry Clarke, Mark Shaw, George Dambier, etc. During my free time, I like to study classical and modern art, the history of cinema, as well as follow the current trends in photography and the pop culture.

MY VISION
I prefer my works to display natural imagery. I like the laconic combination of forms, precise geometry, and sound composition. I love when the people in my photos look attractive and emit interesting emotions or states, whether it is joy, thoughtfulness, concentration, flirtation, or something else. I attempt to achieve harmony in each photograph, so I pay a lot of attention to detail while I am designing the frame. I use these principles not only in my creative projects, but also for producing commercial material.

THE TECHNICAL ASPECT
I always draw special attention to the technical aspect of photography, striving to generate good quality shots with high resolution and details. The equipment I work with includes professional medium-format digital tech from Hasselblad. I work easily with natural and pro lighting.

GOALS
