Brand Growth
– Development of brand strategy, advertising and marketing programs that drove Herbalife from $2.5B to $3B, achieving a 20% increase in global revenue

Team Development + Mentorship
– With each new project at Vivendi Universal, I rotated a creative team member to the role of lead and coached them on running all phases, such as collaborative brainstorming, team concept reviews, client presentations, sourcing outside talent (illustrators, photographers etc.), contract negotiation etc.
– Designers from other departmental teams weren't getting this same experience or exposure and wanted to join my team
– Clients appreciated getting to share feedback with the team and felt they received a better 2nd round project result
– Both the client and company received greater brand recognition through more product press coverage and awards being won

On Brand Localization Strategy
– Partnered local Herbalife Brazil Marketing team for an immersion into both the Brazil market and Corporate brand
– The collaboration resulted in initiatives to develop three unique product verticals that aligned with the global strategic plan.
