In taking on commitments I am dynamic and creative. I have a talent for public relations and teamwork. I am a good mediator, able to avoid or resolve disagreements which may arise within the working group. I am realistic, objective and goal-oriented. In every situation I face I try to exploit and use the aptitudes of my team members to the best of my capacity: for example, by encouraging collaboration among persons with similar abilities.

I am capable of organizing and managing both individual work and the work of my team with order, precision and promptness, thanks to an acute sense of duty. During my master program studies at IED, I was appointed as course tutor after my management skills and capacities underwent careful consideration. I was able to develop and strengthen my capacities thanks to my university experience, my internships, and my participation in the Erasmus program, which put me in touch with a number of professors and professionals who have encouraged me to give my utmost in my work and studies.
