Responsible for the creation, evolution, execution and quality control of customer relevant global marketing concepts and assets that reinforce, complement, and enhance the Claire’s and Icing brand experiences.

• Manage a team of 4 ACD-level reports, 4 digital designers, 3 print designers, 3 photographers/videographers, and editors.
• Develop and socialize design process for digital, print, photo, packaging, and social content production.
• Art direct all shoots with the Creative Manager in line with the agreed brand guidelines, brief & shot requirements.
