Senior Interactive UX Designer

Senior User Experience (UX) Designer for Kelley Blue Book's (KBB) Product Development Team—primarily focused on product design and strategy for leads based products for Affiliate Partners on KBB.com and syndicated KBB products offsite for Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 client's websites. Originally started on the Ad Product team, creating custom and endemic content, ad campaigns and branded experiences for OEM clients on KBB.com and KBB's Facebook page. Moved to the KBB.com Product Development side of the house to learn more about product development and to dive deeper into learning UX overall—information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, etc.

Art Director

Art Director for The Proactiv Company (TPC), a joint venture between Nestlé Skin Health S.A. and Guthy-Renker LLC (GR), a leading direct marketing company. Lead Art Director (aka Social Media Maven) for conversion-centered, performance marketing through all of Proactiv's social media channels—Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Twitter and Pinterest—as well as email and digital display campaigns and custom landing page experiences for the digital acquisition team. Worked closely with key stakeholders to plan and execute effective multichannel marketing strategies that delivered against key performance metrics to achieve specific business goals. Art Director for a team of in-house designers and copywriters, working together to conceptualize and execute fresh and innovative multichannel creative content that delivered on those goals. Partnered with Lieberman Productions, Proactiv’s video production company in San Francisco, providing Art Direction for original video content and custom photography for all of Proactiv's digital acquisition efforts, often involving celebrity and influencer talent. Created an onsite photo studio for Proactiv's creative and PR teams to use for shooting smaller scale, grassroots efforts, photography and video content in-house. Scrum Master certified and creative lead for TPC’s digital acquisition scrum team, the highest volume scrum team in Proactiv at the time, working in an agile, cross-functional team environment. Mentor to the creative team and stakeholders in all things social media and digital acquisition, especially for new hires and also during the transition following Nestlé's acquisition of Proactiv, where two creative teams were merged into one.
