• Spearheaded usability initiatives for, testing new and existing features, resulting in site improvements.
• Wireframed, mocked up, and prototyped new product pages and experiences.
• Authored and maintained Sketch templates, UI pattern library, and style guide for Morgan Stanley's global brand hub, as well as architecting a new typography taxonomy.
• Supervised daily UX checks on editorial content, maintaining brand aesthetics and mobile compatibility.
• Provided artistic direction for photoshoots, and selected and created photo assets for use on our web content, website, and throughout our corporate offices across the globe.
• Developed a targeted popover that increased newsletter subscription by 12,000 (150%) in four months, allowing the team to reach the year-end goal of 20,000 newsletter subscribers.
• Streamlined intra-team user flows, cutting required production time by 50%.
• Onboarded junior team members, and provided them with feedback and guidance.
