Design and execute custom solutions for BestBuy.com. Responsible for supporting major product launches, brand stores, and also product feature pages with unique content. I am the UX Lead on projects and I ensure we feature every unique product to fit within brand guidelines by interacting with Copywriters, Project Managers, Web Planners and SEO team members. I also present my work to vendor partners and internal executives. Along with my design responsibilities I have been tasked with training designers on our video publishing tools and production on various pages of the site.

Built Flash presentations for major corporations. Collaborated with Business Development team to create and present an online marketing plan to a new client. Art Directed a team of designers to carry out my original design across an entire teen portal website.

Concepted banner advertising campaigns for internal and external clients, upheld strict global standards on size restrictions. Solely responsible for creating custom websites, pitching ideas to the client, creating site architecture, managing schedules and building sites.

Worked in a group environment to concept unique web site interfaces using basic knowledge of HTML, DHTML and Javascript. Created prototypes for client presentations. Worked simultaneously with Senior Designer to optimize graphics and build html templates.

Hired as the company’s first music designer, I created brand identity for two of their premier labels: Beast and Plum records. Concepted packaging, sales materials and print campaigns with A&R and copywriters on all major releases. Responsible for meeting tight and fluctuating deadlines, Art Directing photographers and illustrators and overseeing Junior Designers.

Collaborated with Artists, A&R and Creative Director to produce music packaging and sales materials including CD’s, cassettes, posters, sell sheets, catalogs and P.O.P. displays. Organized files for film output, checked and approved film for 4 color, 2 color and spot color press runs.
