Creation and maintenance of all UI elements, conducting user testing and feedback sessions, integrating with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of UIs within final product.

Designed all interactive and interface elements for a web application called Sprockets. Also created brand identity and marketing materials for the application, as well as Sandbender Software itself.

During college, I was fortunate to work at a local Grand Rapids coffeehouse as a barista, and was eventually promoted to manager. This job required me to demonstrate conflict resolution skills, self-motivation, and professionalism. During this time, I received an award for providing the best customer service in the county for 2012.
