• Develop digital creative assets to be used by the group and brands online (social media posts, landing pages, websites, mobile apps, etc.).
• Develop creative concepts.
• Create and adapt templates, layouts and creative technical specifications to be follow for all digital content
• Lead all creative projects from initial production to finish/delivered product, confirm deliverables and coordinate on-time execution with internal and external partners
• Analyze competition (local and international) and contribute creative ideas to the group.

Promotion & Marketing Designer
• Design and create marketing materials for marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns for new and existing services lines.
• Design and create materials for other internal departments.
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns from concept to completion.
• Work on graphic production, design, printing, and copywriting of campaign materials.
• Manage print production of marketing materials; work directly with vendors from sending files, print specifications, estimates, proof approvals to final delivered marketing pieces.
• Distribute updated or revised marketing materials and notices to Financial Centers.
• Manage backup system of archived Marketing Projects.
• Manage and develop marketing programs and materials such as direct mail, advertising, event support and promotions. Coordinate and create marketing materials for credit union events.
• Troubleshoot & fix issues in PC/Laptops Hardware/Software
