I created my own agency, but also I have been working on few aside projects. I am still IT headhunter who is trying to bring an additional value to the IT community and innovate recruitment practices.

As a Technical Recruiter I am one of the main contacts for clients looking for IT professionals within different areas (SW Development, Testing, Technical trainers, consultants, analysts, Project managers, BI Consultants, Wed designers etc.), Business development and providing quality service to clients as well as to candidates. As a Team Leader I am responsible to fully train and motivate team members to make them successful and professional recruiters to provide a quality recruitment service. Additionally, my task is to do market search, headhunt and identify interesting profiles matching Clients’ requirements on the global market, as well as manage candidates through the whole recruitment process.
