Catherine Wong is a Senior Product Designer with more than 12 years experience, who has been involved in successfully bringing viable and relevant products to the market that answer consumer’s need through insight, creativity and innovation.

Her skills include Industrial Design, Product Design, User experience, Graphic Design and Project Management. She is passionate to bring together technology elements along with her creativity and attention to detail to resolve consumer wants and needs.

She is team orientated, ambitious and self motivated.

Originally from Malaysia, she graduated with Honours in Design for Industry from the UK and received a New Designers Award in London in 2006. She then moved to Hong Kong and worked for Vtech Telecommunications, which is one of the top multinational electronics manufacturer in Hong Kong and China.

Catherine pursued her career and worked for Philips Design (now known as Gibson Innovations) in Hong Kong Science Park. Over the past 5 years, she has created product solutions for a broad range of products including speakers, boomboxes, headphones, clocks, mobile accessories, etc.

She is flexible in implementing different design approaches and skill sets to emphasize new identities and product language.

Highly motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, and has the ability to communicate strong ideas across professionally. Her ability to speak 5 different languages allows her to communicate with people from all backgrounds.
