-Physically Based Rendering

-Various Postprocessing tools (Colorgrading, DoF, Lens Flares,Volumetrics...)
-Materials & Shaders setup

That includes optimising the level and the assets to make sure each map is on budget as well as assessing asset needs together with the Environment Artists.
Apart from that, he's also able to model (3dsmax) and texture (Photoshop, Crazybump)
