I was a sales representative for PortMeirion Group, Museum Bees, Brasil Home Design, Leeber Ltd, and H.P Johnson. My responsibilities included: making appointments for Alabama buyers, having knowledge of each brand, placing electronic orders in the showroom, following up with customers for future purchases.

I was an account executive for eighteen different jewelry lines throughout the Southeastern United States. My responsibilities included: completing sales calls, participating in trade shows, handling account maintenance, territory management, researching buying patterns, and determining effective product placement. My graphic design skills were also used to create email blasts and flyers to promote jewelry sales.

As assistant designer, I was responsible for sourcing fabrics, creating tech packs, and designing APT’s Autumn/Winter 2016 Missy collection. I worked hand-in-hand with couture designer Maggie Norris for my senior collection at SCAD. This resulted in the development of six couture looks starting from the beginning of the creative process, to the muslin sample production, and finally to the completion of the final product. During this time, I explored fabric, trim, trend researching, and liaised with fabric vendors.

I contributed by helping with hand sewing, cutting out wedding gowns, bridal fittings, and events.
