Working within the Business Design and Innovation team to deliver change initiatives, including those part of Result 10 of the government wide Better Public Services. This initiative, led by DIA, will mean that 70% of New Zealanders transactions with government will be digital by mid-2017. My role is to provide Service Design and UX Design support and advice on various projects.

Customer Experience Intern
A third year Massey University paper involving the Customer Experience team at New Zealand Post led to a summer internship. I worked on many projects with collaboratively with members of the team, including:
- brand development for a new internal programme
- applying problem solving / design thinking skills to a range of problems which face New Zealand Post, now and in the future
- creating reports which visually communicated as much information as possible
- quickly outputting graphics in a range of formats, whenever needed
- rapid prototyping of new elements for physical stores, which would improve the customer experience
