Primary responsibilities include keeping clients informed on the status of their
computer repair, ensuring clients are satisfied with the repairs, ensuring repair
techs stay on time and complete the repairs in a timely manner, answer any
questions the clients may have either in person or over the phone, and ensure
all issues are handled with care and in a timely manner.

Primary responsibilities include answering the phone and assisting clients
with any technical problems or questions they may have, ensuring data is
entered into the computer correctly, and submitting repair tickets for the
repair of client products.

Primary responsibilities include assisting students in the check in/check
out process, assisting students with any needs they may have with the
computers in the library, cataloged and organized books, and co-ran the
inter-library loan program which allowed students to borrow books from
surrounding libraries without having to travel to those locations.

Primary responsibilities include assisting echo techs with the preparation
of patients for their exams, preparing medical files for use by techs and
doctors, kept schedules up-to-date, kept patients on time for their
appointments with the doctors, assisted with the records department in the
organization of patient files, created documents and files in Microsoft Office
to ensure data was easy to read.
