Working as a consultant mainly with early stage startups to help them launch new products, grow existing ones and/or develop product strategy and vision. My responsibilities include:
* Leading the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post- launch iteration.
* Building a product strategy that sets a design foundations that help build a product from the grounds up.
* Collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and user needs, proposing creative and practical, design solutions.
* Managing and mentoring design teams and junior designers, reviewing the quality of their work, providing feedback and helping them hone their craft.
* Facilitating user research including: interviews, user testing, surveys and workshops to collect and integrate feedback into design updates.
* Presenting design concepts, progress and solutions to stakeholders, users and team members for clear communication, coordination and clarification.
* Creating and further developing design systems that are scalable, ensuring consistency with growth across the company products.
* Creating flow charts, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes for testing and to effectively communicate the user experience.

Being the sole designer at this innovative early stage startup, I helped create the vision and designed the products that help companies identify the right candidates based on their skills. Some of my responsibilities include:
* Leading the team through the entire product design process; from initial strategy and research, to ideation and presentations, to prototyping and final designs.
* Working closely with the CEO and product team members to shape product strategy and vision, delivering industry-leading solutions.
* Collaborating with stakeholders, collecting, synthesizing and incorporating feedback. Communicating design decisions and process.
* Hiring and managing designers and design agencies for specific projects, crafting projects plans, specifications and deadlines.
* Managing ongoing design iteration through continuous research, prototyping, user testing, interaction mapping, pattern definition, and new component delivery
* Developing an innovative and creative products from the grounds up with solid foundations of design best practices including a design system and thinking.
* Designing a new B2B hiring dashboard from the grounds up, including: onboarding, product roadmap, a design system and rebrand.
* Optimizing the usability of the existing P2P Interview platform, including: Smoother onboarding, better user flow, additional features and UI design.

Working closely with the product owner, as part of the job-seeker scrum team. Tailoring user centric solutions that take into consideration technical limitationsand business needs.
