As Head of the creative department, I am in charge of the design and production UX/UI designs for different interfaces, image of the company, the supervision of the design and production of designs for different applications for our company and clients.

I have dramatically improved the creative design in the software that we create helping to increase up the standard of delivery of programs thanks to the continuous improvement and integration of quality standards, decrease the delivery time on the software by achieving specific set objectives. In parallel I have been in charge of designing, implementing and improving the presence in the social media helping in the recruitment process for the company.

Also, as head of the department, I am in the business analysis team implementing the best software design techniques for the aerospace industry.

As Head of the Advertising and Marketing Department, I am in charge of the image of the company, the supervision of the design and production of promotional campaigns through different traditional and electronic media, as well as the organization of the different events in which we participate, throughout the year.

I have dramatically improved the return on investment - up to 40% - in advertising thanks to the continuous improvement and integration of digital campaigns, without increasing spending and working together with the Sales Department to achieve the set objectives.
