• Create materials for to be used for training and/or advertising the said training
• Generate training modules upon request of stakeholders or output from training needs analysis
• Facilitate the learning process of Production Artists in the Manila site, and provide support to other
CARE sites when necessary
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires and support the execution of soft skills trainings
• Plan and organize training using tools such as the CARE Learning Zone, and the like.
• Incorporate basic to intermediate adult learning principles and training delivery techniques in
managing new hire and incumbent training classes
• Advocate continuous improvement by providing feedback to the Instructional Design Team, and
update existing training materials when necessary
• Consistently evaluates the effectiveness of conducted trainings following the CARE Training & Design
processes
• Acts as an internal partner who clarifies issues and communicates information to the Instructional
Design and Knowledge Management teams
• Support global and local CARE Training & Development projects
• Acts as a role model and demonstrates professionalism around internal and external customers at all times
• Perform other necessary tasks for the benefit of the department
