BPC is an established, global FinTech company based in Switzerland. I am currently designing their Digital MarketPlace for the Agriculture sector for India, which includes a web platform for buyers, a mobile app for buyers and sellers, and a mobile app for agents, facilitating their assisted business model. I am also working on their overarching brand language, including identity, visual language and illustrations-for a seamless brand experience across platforms.

Sproutlogix is a technology disruptor in the HR tech space. I work closely with the founders and multidisciplinary teams to design solutions and solely take ownership for Branding, Visual Resources for Marketing, UI & Visual Design, and Business Development Strategy.
To highlight some of my key responsibilities in each vertical:
Branding: Create brand guidelines for Sproutlogix and its products, and make sure they are adhered to across the board for a seamless brand experience.
Visual Resources for Marketing: Conceptualize and execute campaigns and supporting visual content to boost brand awareness across digital and traditional channels, including blog illustrations, infographics, social media posts, animated and live action videos, website design, brochures, banners, standees, and exhibit design for events and conferences.
UI & Visual Design: Maintain branding for all products across mobile and web through App Store and Play Store assets, on-boarding experiences, splash screens, and product mockups. Work closely with developers to create optimal user experiences across platforms.
Business Development Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and CSO to create compelling business pitch decks, investor presentations, and client-required documents and author original, error-free content for the same. Collaborate with the Marketing team to prepare budgets also partner with external agencies to ensure meeting lead generation targets.

Sproutlogix is a technology disruptor in the HR tech space. I worked closely with the founders and multidisciplinary teams to design solutions spanning Branding and Marketing Collateral. I was responsible for the brand language for all products through logos, icons, App Store and Play Store assets. I assisted with creating elegant UI and Visual Design for the products. I also created visual resources like illustrations, presentations, brochures, banners and standees that supported the Marketing function.

Conceptualized and created an employee awareness campaign that served to educate them about the deployment of a new ERP tool across the company. The motive was to create a sense of positive change and highlight the advantages and benefits that the employees would avail from this. The campaign was mainly run via email and included a series of quizzes and interview videos of senior leadership, presented in an engaging manner.

Edukite is a content creation company that produces animated e-learning resources for all school levels. I led a team of 2D and 3D animators to develop educational animated content for Pearsons ZA, for Natural Sciences, Mathematics, History, and English in accordance with CAPS guidelines for South African schools. I also led development for interactive content and simulations for the above-mentioned subjects and worked with developers for the same.

I ideated and executed an animated video explaining how the wireless Bluetooth headphones work, for Lost the Plot Rooftop Cinema, Pune. The short and concise video was designed to educate the audience on how to use the headphones optimally for the best open-air cinema experience. This short video is played before each screening.

I conceptualized and created a Web series, "Killer Food", highlighting the health risks of eating processed foods. I was responsible for writing the script, screenplay, creating storyboards, animatics and the final animation. I worked on the first three episodes. I also worked on the marketing collateral for crowdfunding this series on Indiegogo. I was mentored by the Creative Director.

I was involved assisting the creative director for pre-production for short explainer videos and ad films for clients ranging from FMCG to financial and investment companiesStockAxis, Reliance Mutual Funds, etc. to name a few. I worked on the production of 3 stop motion ad films for Godrej Protekt range of products, which involved set design, asset creation using clay, paper, and various materials, and food styling on the set.

Began working part time in July 2010, writing content for Life Sciences for Grades 10,11 and 12.
Offered full time position following graduation.
Illustrated storyboards for the content written.
Supervised the production of the content in both 2D and 3D.
Wrote scripts for the voice over supporting the content.
Occasionally worked on games and simulations.

I created scripts, screenplays, and detailed storyboards for animated e-learning videos for Grades 10 to12, mainly focusing on Life Science subjects. I also worked closely with SMEs to ensure accuracy and correct representation of the content produced.

I majored in Zoology. My other subjects were Botany and Chemistry.
