Hiring Director

To whom it may concern,
My name is Ian Dalton, a graphic designer, art director, and outdoor enthusiast. For the lat 8 years I have been involved in graphic design, creative consulting, and art direction. My expertise involves both agency and contract graphic artist experience, dealing in strategic brand engineering, social media content, print based design, logo and branding, web design, and art direction, as well as team based design solutions in a studio environment. I have worked with global organizations such as Boart Longyear, EFY, and Metro Ports, as well as local companies and clients. I work well under deadlines and I am always looking for new design trends and industry changes to improve my skills. I have also worked extensively in the outdoor industry as a river guide, backpacking guide, and in a retail store as a ski tech and sales associate. I speak two dialects of French fluently, and worked as a tutor of both English and French during my time in both Montreal and Chicago. I am also a practicing artist, working in painting and installations that have been featured in shows and Galleries in Chicago as well as in the Greater Salt Lake Area. I am a competitive cyclist, avid skier, backapcker, and trail runner.

Yours in the mountains
Ian Dalton
