As a co-owner and director of this design studio my roles and responsibilities were highly diversified from hands on design work to managing and guiding the design staff.

On a project level my key roles were writing proposals and sourcing projects, creative design and direction, client consultation and liaison, interpretation of requirements and formulation of creative strategies and briefs, and the implementation of those strategies through project management and client relationship.
