I am a native of Boulder, Colorado and have lived in Seattle, Washington since 1997. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing with a minor in German from Seattle University in 2001, and spent ensuing years traveling, touring with various musical projects, writing for various publications, and taking thousands of pictures. In 2004 I returned to school to study photography at Shoreline Community College, during which I discovered an interest in graphic design. I completed an Associate of Applied Arts and Sciences in Visual Communications Technology with a focus in photography and graphic design in 2010.

Currently I work as Marketing and Communications Manager for The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc., a $55M nonprofit social enterprise that provides employment and training to people with visual disabilities. I am a member of the Fainting Room Collective, the co-founder of Print’s Not Dead screen printing in Seattle, and the co-owner of ABSOC Records/Zine in Seattle. Read Less
