— Establishing a design department, managing it and meeting all the company’s design needs, while establishing the design strategy for each quarter based on the business needs, having the CEO as my direct manager.
— Rebranding the visual identity of the company and implementing the new identity across company touchpoints.
— Working on maintaining the brand identity and image, on social media posts, as well as on sales material (e.g. presentations and direct ads), booth design for events, printed material, branding assets for the digital product teams (e.g. app icons, app stores screenshots, and the UI integration with the brand).
— Working closely with the marketing department on ideation in alignment with the marketing strategy and refining them for execution with talented marketers.

— Preparing the content and lecturing an intensive masterclass for professional visual designers to up their skills and get more insights into what a professional branding project is all about.
— Working one-on-one with every student (20 students in total) on their final project for this masterclass in a series of in-class workshops.

— Handling full projects from ideation to execution, while conducting presentations for the clients and handling the communication needed with other designers included in the project in alignment with the studio manager.
— Working on a variety of projects, e.g. Kuwaiti Science Week campaign design, Happy Ellie restaurant branding, Cal’s restaurant branding, and E-raf virtual bookstore branding and along with various social media designs.

— Working and handling all projects first-hand, from creating brand concepts to ideating and executing.
— Working on great briefs e.g. See Hassan restaurant branding, Dubai’s Tarboosh restaurant branding and “My Company Towards Success” and “Egyptian Food Bank Strategy” book designs.

— The book is sold globally in New York City, Berlin, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Cairo and New England.
— Presenting the book as a guest lecturer to students at four universities around the world: Falmouth University in England, Sharjah University in UAE, German University in Cairo (GUC) and TKH Coventry in Cairo.
— Featured in Slanted magazine website article, Germany.
— Interviewed on national TV twice as the author on Egypt’s Nile Life channel and Sada Al-Balad channel.
— Featured in an article in 100 BAP competition catalog round 3.
— Featured in Mainstream Egyptian media outlets like Sync community, Filmmydesign, Cairoscene, Cairo360 and Kemet Art & Design.

— Establishing the digital product’s design language, and UI library.
— Getting promoted to the UX designer for one of the development teams, supplying all designs per sprint and assets, and aligning in sprint meetings on the new designs.

Create course content, deliver lectures and give feedback for students

Responsible for the Art direction and Graphic designs of the 100/100 Hundred Best Arabic Posters competition, Round 02.

— Creating the visual identity and executing all the needed designs from website to print and pitches.
— Acting as a member of the founding team on start-up competitions and conducting incubation pitches.

— Assisting designers on various projects in the studio while working on a journal design titled “Hallo, Raghda” which focuses on my experience that summer of living and working in Germany.
