Spike has honed her skills at Wieden+Kennedy, Nike, Sandstrom Partners, and Team Detroit, working with some of the greatest creative minds a project manager could ever hope to boss around. She is responsible for client management and day-to-day operations at the studio, and works closely with Egon on strategy, research, and production.

Egon is driven by his desire to do work that reflects not just passion for design, but fresh solutions to complex visual problems. His path has wound through agencies both large (Wieden+Kennedy, adidas) and small (adCreep, inc., ID Branding), and to Cranbrook Academy of Art where he earned his Masters in 2D Design. Egon is the primary creative force at the studio, and is responsible for developing strategy, concepts, and design.
