I've started my pursuit with design and animation while I was still in high school, when one of my friends convinced me to take an interactive media course with him. At first I was hesitant about it because I've done a bit of work with Photoshop, but when I started the course, I instantly fell in love with it. While I was familiar with Photoshop, doing work in 3D was definitely the turning point of the course for me because of all of the interesting things that could be done.

One of many reasons why I fell in love with design and motion was the fact that I could come up with a simple concept that may not look like much on paper, and then make it a reality and seeing it transform throughout the design process.

After I had graduated from the Interactive Media Production course at Fanshawe, I decided to pursue the 3D Character Design and Animation program at Fanshawe. During this eight month program, I learned a lot about the process of not only creating and developing a 3D character, but as well as implementing them into a game engine as well. This course was truly a challenge, not only artistically for me, but as well as testing my true potential as an artist in this field. Read Less
