Marketing Director
• Manage the brand communication for UAS to ensure awareness, positive perception, visibility and competitive advantage
• Manage the UAS' brand positioning through Advertising, PR, digital marketing, social media and events
• Implement communication strategies for various departments and headquarters of UAS, products and subsidiaries in co-ordination with PR, Media, Advertising, Digital and Social Media agencies
• Manage the social media channels with timely and consistent feedback to customers
• Approve all branding elements for UAS including signage, Marketing materials, ATL and BTL Ads Sponsorship.
• Manage and update brand guidelines / corporate communications policies and procedures, in order to ensure accurate implementation across all channels
• Prepare and manage Annual Corporate Communications budget, as approved by the senior management
• Initiate and implement market research and planning, in order to advise departments on accurate communication strategies
• Manage the relationships with various suppliers - including Advertising, digital, social media, PR, media agencies and event organizers, gift suppliers, fabricators – to ensure timely delivery of communication requirements within set budgets
• Support Branches Management in approval of branch design, layout and branch merchandising including introducing new merchandising concepts for branches and Offices
• Lead and develop event strategies and manage related marketing tactics for internal and external events (conferences, sponsorships, speaking opportunities)
