- Infrastructure, work process, hiring, data trafficking, branding guidelines, department procedures, computer & network setups, plus more.
- Results reduced operational costs from $919,000 to $550,000.
- Savings exceeding $365,000 annually.

• Established, directed, mentored and lead an amazing team of 9 that produced:
- Year one: 5,700 individual job requests.
- Year two: 8,620 job requests (averaging 717 jobs per month).
- To Date: 20,200 completed job request total (not including 2-3 average revisions per job)
- NEVER missed a costly vendor deadline.
- A true definition of inspired teamwork.

Caesars Entertainment:
• Workloads: 20 design projects done daily and 400 projects done monthly.

A Creative Director that makes an impact in advertising Entertainment, Food, Restaurants, Retail, Fashion, Music and Gaming.  A dedicated creative that has a loyal reputation with CEO's, VP's and Directors in getting marketing projects done.  This is who I am and this is what I am proud to share. 

My name Michael Leon.  Creating, from the ground up, an in-house advertising department for Tropicana Entertainment as well as working with companies, such as Caesars Entertainment, my work has been used for eight Atlantic City properties, throughout a dozen states, and abroad.  Behind the scenes I created department structure, I developed promotional material, and designed brand identities for more event entertainment than I could count.  Working with agencies such as The Media & Marketing Group, I learned the competition, their trends and effective marketing strategies.  I not only know these industries, I adapt to any clients brand and embody their vision.
