My responsibilities included:
- UX Design concepts for internal software applications
- Conducting user and market research for the QA App initiative; a B2C crowd-sourced language-learning application for the Japanese market
- Designing prototypes for user-testing sessions with language teachers and students in the Japanese market

As a technical product designer at Nutanix, I worked together with the experienced IT Research and development teams to craft UI/UX solutions for the various in-house products that leveraged flagship Nutanix AHV Hypervisor platform for on-premise server management.
My role included:
- Synthesising field and customer research to come up with User Flows that improved the efficiency of IT managers in various industries when setting up and using Nutanix solutions on the AHV Platform.
- Conceptualising and designing User Interface solutions that leveraged the configurable flexibility of the AHV platform to provide tailored product experiences for IT managers and Infrastructure Engineers.
- Solving internal system configuration challenges that affected the overall Nutanix Platform experience by coming up with creative User Interface solutions.
- Leveraging my experience designing Enterprise Applications for the public and private cloud, to help come up with creative solutions for Nutanix Infrastructure-As-A-Service (IAAS) and Cloud-native IT solutions that used the flagship AHV product offering.

As a Product Design Lead at Fixer, I am involved in the inception, planning and execution of the company's B2B Flagship Cloud-Based enterprise solutions.
