• Drafting, Editing and Designing of all materials that will be posted on the KAAP-PMC Project Print Media & Electronic Media (website social media)
• Graphic creation, editing and retouching of photographs and videos;
• Support to establish, maintain and develop a strong IHH Pakistan & Pakistan Mobile Clinic Project presence in the country and region through various social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Support in organizing and documenting events (reports, quotes, pictures) with Government and development partners

• Conceives ideas, concepts, and campaigns for designs & products. Work and co-ordinate with Partners and Regional Offices in the Creation of Communication Materials
• Create, develop and manage content for Hashoo Foundation’s website and social media
• Works with HF Project teams to interpret and translate their needs and ideas into concepts and develop them into effective communication materials in the form of info-graphics or any other visual representation
• Assist in production of capacity building communication material e.g. toolkits, publications, documentary, etc
• Supports program team in development and printing of training material and training guide.
• Co-ordinates the production of internal and external communications, assists in the sub-editing and proof reading of communications products including but not limited to success stories, photographs, video and social media
• Supports the design, implementation and monitoring of project communication strategy.
• Monitor and co-ordinate with vendors for the production of projects to ensure proper and timely completion with in deadline
• Managing print and prepress service specifications, purchasing, approvals and quality control.
• Contribute to the proofing and editorial development of publications
• Managing multiple tasks and ensuring the communication flows between the departments and their staff.
• Manage, update and maintain social media (Twitter, Facebook)
• Ensure updating of HF promotional materials (presentation, visiting cards, banners, Roll Ups, office stationery)
• Responsible in the preparation of reports related to the communication such as Annual report, quarterly report, etc.

 Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
 Oversee the process for editing, publishing, and maintaining content for the web page.
 Plans concept by studying information and materials.
 Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
 Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
 Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
 Responsible for cutting and editing Video/film footage as per CRCP branding guidelines.
 Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
 Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
 Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
 Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
