Renovation of existing building – complete renovation and interior redesign of two student dormitories, (89,000 sq. ft., budged $6.5 M.) Redesign and conversion of existing offices into retail space (1,200 sq. ft., budget $0.3 M.) Redesign and renovation projects of existing buildings in the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center.
Several other design projects necessary to bring the existing objects into compliance with most current State, Federal and ADA regulations.
Providing construction documents administration, technical and code advice, supervising running constructions. Applying required standards and quality requirements to construction plans and specifications. Helping in developing applicable professional standards and procedures.

High-end renovation and new designs for private residences with total $120 M located in Bay Area, Minnesota and Hawaii.
Several other mixed-use, residential, commercial, medical, hospitality and interior design projects.
