Marc A. Morale is a longtime Chicagoland resident who laid the foundation for his successful construction career as a student of civil engineering at Chicago’s Illinois Institute of Technology (Illinois Tech). Attending Illinois Tech on a “Hispanic of the Future” scholarship, he went on to become a member of the student chapter of the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association and hold a number of administrative positions with the Theta Xi Fraternity.

Mr. Morale has served as president of Hamilton Construction since founding this sewer, water main, and reclamation contracting firm in 1996. From its headquarters in the Chicago suburb of Frankfort, Illinois, this organization has laid more than 10 miles of 8-inch to 36-inch municipal water main pipe and more than 5 miles of 6-inch to 42-inch municipal sewer pipe throughout the region.

When he is not working, Marc Morale enjoys mountain biking, scuba diving, and traveling. He is also a proficient underwater photographer and videographer and has given presentations at multiple seminars on the subject. Read Less
