As a temp associate for BC Forward Temp. Agency, working as a Xerox Contractor my responsibilities included replenishment of consumables (new ink, paper, clearing of paper jams, billing (keeping logs of how many prints were made), tracking of machine removal from different sites across the country, service calls for machine maintenance.

As a temp associate, I assisted the Digital Press Operator in all aspects.
Paper/Ink replenishment, project quality assurance, boxed and prepped work orders for delivery.

As an office associate, clients are assisted with their office supply needs. Merchandise replenishment as needed.

Copy and print clients orders according to their specifications. Some creative design work.
Insure shipping labels are correct for accurate delivery.

My duties include: single and double sided printing, creation of booklets, pamphlets, flyers, business cards and basic copies. I am also familiar with comb and spiral binding, glue binding, printing 2 part and 3 part NCR forms. I am also familiar with various types of paper and would be able to make suggestion and recommendations to clients to meet their needs. I am a very good listener and would be able to assist clients in a timely fashion. Also included is an ability to fill out project folders properly and utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
