With more than two decades of financial services leadership experience in Silicon Valley, Kathy Levinson is now utilizing her experience and expertise by coaching and mentoring up and coming leaders and entrepreneurs. Until the mid-1990s, Kathy Levinson held executive positions with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. She later joined E*TRADE Group, Inc., as chief operating officer and president, growing it from a small, unknown company to the first and most recognized and respected online investing platforms in the industry. After leaving E*TRADE in 2000, Kathy Levinson directed her attention to philanthropy, founding the Lesbian Equity Foundation of Silicon Valley in 2000. She has also taken on high-profile political roles, such as being a leader in opposing the Knight Initiative (Proposition 22), Proposition 8 (banning marriage for same sex couples) and becoming a member of President Obama's National LGBT Finance Committee. Kathy Levinson has also served on a number of both non-profit and corporate boards.

Kathy Levinson has been selected as one of the Gay Financial Network’s “gfn.com Power 25” and as an “OUT 100” honoree by OUT Magazine. She additionally earned praise from the San Francisco Business Times as one of the “100 Most Influential Business Women in the Bay Area.” Levinson is a sought-out speaker on the topics of leadership, authenticity and influence in both the corporate and non-profit worlds.
