Kingston, Jamaica
I was born in Jamaica on February 25th 1988. I sought a degree (BFA) in Visual Communication at the Edna Manley School of the Visual and Performing Arts, graduating in the year 2010 with honors. Growing up with just a single parent, my mother and other relatives, my appreciation for family life and values play a fundamental part in my artwork. I was trained, as a graphic designer in my tenure in college but my love for visual expression in multiple styles was my main appeal. I was strongly influenced by the aspects of painting and illustration; resulting further interest in the expression of installation art by the creation of an environment or space in which the viewer is able to indulge or engage with the space.
