A legacy employee of Fallon Benefits Group, I continue working with NFP in leading the Communications Practice for the Atlanta location. My primary role includes project management for a wide range of client and internal projects related to design, brand, and content writing/editing.

Analyze areas of opportunity, strategize, and implement communication solutions for FBG as a whole, for internal practices and for external clients. Meet and exceed the goals of each through innovation, the best technology for the project, on-trend design, and up-to-date content editing. Translate business, client or prospect needs/priorities into a strategic roadmap; designing effective stories, brands and communications for each project. Lead the Communications team by driving the vision, strategy, and execution set forth with leadership. Act as the gatekeeper and steward of FBG's brand and voice.

Physical Documents
- Create new style templates for the year: OE Presentation, Renewal, Benchmarking, Meet the Team, etc.
- Ensure formatting and branding for Guides, Forms, At-a-Glance, Wellness Flyers & Posters, RFPs, Marketing Materials, and various internal docs
- Develop new documents to better support company goals and expedite current practices

Digital + Multimedia
- Create videos on provided benefits
- Monthly Wellness Newsletter branding and updated look
- Email templates
- Research and recommend new more efficient digital methods to replace current practices

- Web-hosting and distribution for various file types

Social Media
- Strategize social media to be more inclusive of departments and their offerings and include call to action posts to create a sales funnel

- Initiated and creates mini videos themed to match our monthly Newsletter

Design graphic layouts for social media, email, newsletter, ebook, and print
for various events and promotions. Research, contact restaurant
chefs and owners for interviews, and write “Best of Atlanta” weekly
articles featured on the Local Glutton. Assist with marketing
ventures and ideas, photography and general event help.

I head the model selection, training and line up. I am responsible for staffing.
I designed the runway layout out, lighting, and decor. I assist with promotional
events and advertising; digital, web, contests, and in person. I will be in
charge of organizing the set up and take down of the event.

I design outdoor products for several large retailers using primarily steel. I
design new products looking for gap areas, functional innovations on current
and competitor products, updating aesthetics for upcoming seasons, and
designing packaging for new items. Digitally, I am responsible for website
redesign, keeping online items up to date with photography, and how to
videos.

My main area is Outbound Ship Dock. It depends on the day, but I can be found building walls inside trucks, chasing blue lights, building pallets, TDR licensed for lead position, or closing down a truck at it ending time. Transship I am sometimes Lead of the area, usually I palatalize or water spider, I am lantech certified. I also assist in Pick, where I pick items at rate, and help maintain a certain quality for customers.
