Experience Designer

- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to concept and build a new set of tools that will allow any business to create a branded site to sell travel.
- Redesigned the loyalty experience along the shopping path to clearly articulate the benefits of shopping on the site and what users will earn for each booking.
- Improved the cross-sell experience to incentivize users to add more travel products to their bookings.
- Working on reinventing the TAAP product to provide the tools and services that empower over 35k travel agencies in 32 countries to seamlessly book and manage trips for their customers at the best price.
- Collaborate with researchers to build prototypes for testing concepts with users.
- Created a library of component views to expedite the design process, while contributing to the design system.

- Worked in the Monster Government Solutions (B2B) sector designing a flexible and configurable Workforce SaaS product used by state governments to help match job seekers with opportunities, and employers with the right talent.
- Equipped state workers with intuitive tools that promote a focused and efficient workflow to manage large volumes of data and to easily communicate with their colleagues and customers.
- Revamped labeling and navigation scheme, improved the internal search experience, facilitated task completion, and provided intuitive access to content.
- Designed a configurable experience to display automatically distributed work assignments for different system roles, which included a comprehensive table redesign.
- Established a seamless experience allowing users to request document e-signatures from customers and track the approval process.
- Reduced cognitive load by creating a multi-step form experience for long and complex forms.
