I lead an international design team across Tokyo, Shanghai, and Vancouver, providing creative direction and operational excellence. My leadership drives a design strategy aligned with our company's roadmap. I implemented a metrics-driven performance management program, enhancing our team's efficiency and effectiveness. This initiative shifted our focus to be more user-centric, with measurable outcomes for all digital products, leading to a significant increase in maturity on a UX measurement scale I developed. Passionate about innovation, with a strong foundation in business and technology, I encourage our team to 'lead the way'. I created a policy to guide our decision-making process for ML and AI products, ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards while driving innovation.

As part of RACE21, the internal startup leading the digital transformation of Canada's largest diversified resource company; I was promoted to the role of Staff UX Designer, providing mentorship to mid-level and junior designers and specialized in the design of Teck's big data platforms.

I was able to leverage the depth of my experience in navigating large, matrixed organizations to be able to contribute to large initiatives including Data Management, Program Adoption, Data Literacy, Business Systems Analysis.

+38% increase in mens sales for same period previous year. Remastered the iconic 7th Heaven family of shoes including the classic Derby Swirl. Contributed original styles of all constructions including modern cemented and traditional dress shoes and boots.

Creative Director of Innovation at Converse (a Nike subsidiary), founded C4, the brand's first US based rapid-prototyping and manufacturing facility in Charlestown MA. The C4 now serves as the linchpin of product innovation for Converse’s 2 billion dollar business.

Successfully negotiated collaboration with MIT school of architecture, also served as MediaLab liaison.

Co-founded LA-based streetwear brand ASIF (As Seen In the Future) together with streetwear icon Rich Cofinco.
