• UX Designer @ Vodafone Portugal - Operations Portal
Mar 2021 – July 2021
In this project, we have to create a new operations portal that allows the users to work in different modules. The first module come to live will be to operate roaming configurations. The challenge is to organize all the raw information in an appealing readable way that improves the user workflow and day to day life. It's a project made in agile where teamwork is vital to success. Empathising with the users, collecting information and designing wireframes, prototypes and adapting to changes and challenges along the way.

• UX Designer @ Vodafone Portugal - GSmart Migration
Nov 2020 – Feb 2021
In this project the goal was to migrate the GSmart platform into VFE Evolution. In this project, together with the team I analysed the different processes that were to migrate whilst doing some research in order to understand the problems and pain points of the previous platform as well as the necessities of the users. Keeping in mind the newest design but at the same time the familiar functionalities of the old one, improving its usability and accessibility and ultimately, the user experience.
During the project I created the wireframes and the high-fidelity prototypes, while collaborating with the team and making the changes that came along the way.
