- Manage between 40 - 50 data collection site at a time from planning through completion including coordinating content from customer, instructing technicians in project design and functionality, proofing customer projects, and instructing changes and updates to technicians

- Acted as resource for account managers on online data collection platform functionality during the proposal process

- Create internal and customer facing documentation for the data collection platform and processes. Train new and current project managers on how to use the platform, as well as project workflow and documentation

- Managed four $100,000+ clients a year, including work for major government and non-profit agencies

- Coordinate content between project managers for multiple printed, online and mobile projects to ensure content accuracy. Headed team to create new processes for content transfer between departments

- Create custom documentation and train customers on how to use back end systems in the data collection platform
