Worked with a team of graphic designers, structural engineers, and a copywriter to create innovative package designs for a variety of boys and girls Disney properties. Participated in conceptual research meetings and played a key part in the environmentally responsible packaging initiative. Inspired and managed workflow of freelance designers, worked with vendors and with cross functional partners to create packaging that was on target with business needs.
