Setting a new standard for Enterprise Software UX

My passion is to innovate through hard work and tackling challenging problems. Enterprise software is complex and historically, UX in enterprise software has been ignored despite its enormous value. With a high level understanding of a user’s needs, coupled with detailed analysis of costs and gains, innovating in the underserved enterprise software UX is possible. My background in visual communication design enhances my professional product management skills, ensuring that a UX-first product management methodology can be applied effectively to enterprise software.

Impact! Design for Social Change

Daylife is a marketing campaign using design thinking to solve an issue faced by a local community non-profit. We teamed up with the Lower East Side Business Improvement District (LES BID) from Manhattan. Originally, this event was to pilot May of next Spring. The BID showcased our concept to the city & it was such a hit, they moved the event date to this October!

Incubating a personal community/socially based project. I conceptualized a platform to inspire and empower kids locally. Leveraging their desires for fun and competition, the brand is based around gaming to instill the values of teamwork and self-confidence.
