Manages creation and localization of global marketing & sales content. Created UI/ UX standards for the Interactive Sales Aid content creation process. Project management lead, migrating 20+ affiliates to the new sales enablement tool provided by our vendor Bigtincan. Manages vendor relationships, as needed, for content creation and application management purposes.
Provides internal and external platform and sales content training. Design creation of branding for Engage Pro, the internal globally provided sales enablement tool. Creates digital communications to inform stakeholders about platform updates, incidents, and insights. Provides coordination on delivering monthly content performance analytics to affiliates. Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to all Accu-Chek Engage, Engage Pro, and BaseCase users via the Zendesk ticketing tool. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on special projects from branding to landing pages and cost calculators.

Redesigned and developed the new final presentation formats based on preexisting versions. Updating content and imagery as well as the overall layout for digital display advertisements for Salesforce. Re-creating flow diagrams, charts, and Infographics for Genesys. Followed strict branding standards to ensure that all imagery, color, type, and content followed the exact standards of each company.

I created infographics, diagrams, and new layouts for dynamic and static templates. I implemented email marketing needs through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The role of graphic designer is important for the success of MXS Solutions, I play an integral part in media creation for clients, and internal MXS Solutions corporate branding. AT MXS Solutions we cater to the automotive Industry and deal with 60+ car dealerships across the U.S. most of which are located in Southern California. I also oversee & run Email Campaigns, Marketing Campaigns, Post Mail Campaigns, onsite banner creation, and updating home/ landing pages. I am also devoted to other design parts involving MXS Solutions services where needed.
