- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams to improve overall effectiveness and visual appeal of company products using the agile/scrum process.
- Provide strategic insight while utilizing industry-leading practices including (but not limited to) frequent reviews of web application analytics to target, engage, and retain customers through usability improvements.
