Real Estate Lead Videographer and Photographer
As a Photographer at Comey & Shepherd, I was responsible for providing location shoots of properties that were available for sale. I also provided new agent portraits when needed. Along with photography, I assisted with editing and preparing the photos for online use on the company website and the Multiple Listing Service of Cincinnati when needed. In addition, I communicated with agents or their offices regarding photos taken for new properties or locations that were scheduled for photography.
As Lead Videographer, I was responsible for shooting, editing, uploading, and managing walkthrough videos of homes available for sale. I scheduled, shot and edited videos for all of the high-end properties to be featured in the digital edition of BEST Magazine, as well as our company's neighborhood videos that were shot and featured in the magazine 3 times a year. I also provided promotional and training video content for the company when needed, maintained all the video equipment, and trained new photographers on how to shoot video.
I worked for Comey & Shepherd from April 2012 through October 2012 and again, from April 2014 to September 2020.

Art & Photo Intern
As an intern at Cincy Magazine, I researched and requested photos for magazine articles as needed by contacting sources via telephone and email. I uploaded, organized, edited, color corrected, and exported photos to the server that were to be used in various publications. Using a Nikon D40, I shot photos of events and completed independent photo assignments per request. Additionally, I assisted the Art Director with magazine layouts and aided professional photographers with feature article photo shoots when needed. I created web graphics, resized photos, and updated the online Event Calendar with information and photos for the web editions of the magazine.
