Grace Washko is a blossoming illustrator/designer who hails from the land of ice and snow or as it it's natives call it, Minnesota. Upon graduating Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) she moved to North Carolina to pursue a career in both graphic design and illustration. With a passion for both science and art she draws inspiration from the natural world, human history, literature and a broad range of cultural motifs.
She has worked with clients such as: HP, Target, C9 by Champion, Champion, Hanes, River Run International Film Festival, Wake Forest University, AIGA of Winston Salem, Dallas Marathon, Fleet Feet Sports, The Young Democrats of Forsyth County, BeersnGears, The Arts Council of Winston Salem and Forsyth County, The Piedmont Environmental Alliance, Heart In Hands Massage and Wellness, LLC, The Woodrow Instrument Company, The Bell Museum of Natural History, GNSI, Two Medicine Dinosaur Center, IT Pleasant, and Crystal Hospitality.
Her artwork has been displayed at: Le-Snoot Gallery, They Draw and They Travel, The Vernissage in Locaste France, SCAD Galleries, SCAD Behance, YODEX (young designers Exhibition in Taiwan), and Q & A Traveling Exhibition.
Her work has been honored by: American Illustration, PRINT, and the American Advertising Awards.
