Chaired 1 on 1 meetings with employees, involving feedback to review tasks, guide members, ask coaching questions, and highlight key aspects in UI. Engaged with software engineers regarding project details: explaining UI flows, prototype details or technical tasks. Collaborated with product managers and/or UX writers to select employees to deal with specific tasks.
