I am a Branding / Visual Specialist for Brooks Brothers in Northern California and Pacific Northwest. The core of my work is to design delightful customer journey through storytelling and product interaction based on branding, customer mapping and touch-points within the environment. It is similar to UX design in a physical rather than a digital world with immediate user feedback and product KPI. I also participate in many high level projects across the U.S and Canada.

Social Communication / Graphic Design
I designed visual communications for social media marketing and graphic collateral to elevate the COSMO brand through effective storytelling, content strategy planning, and optimize web/social media analysis while changing COSMO's culture as a sustainable design firm on the marketplace. It required forward-thinking in visual design, strong graphic design and solid marketing/digital knowledge in various platforms. I also created valuable visual assets for COSMO through product photography.
