Hem.com is a high-end customisable furniture e-commerce brand. I was a part of the consumer facing UX team. Collaborating to define, design and deploy new features. Handling aspects like conceptualization, wireframing, interface design and implementation reviews for several ongoing projects. Discovering the best possible UX through A/B testing & analytic support.

Spearheading the visual design team for all internal as well
as client facing collaterals. Played a vital role for the
interaction and visual design for a newly built HRMS
product, as well as for conceptualizing and creating
marketing collaterals for the product pre-launch. Steering
a close-knit team for creating various company collaterals
on both digital and print medium.

Single handedly conceptualizing and designing, all internal as well as client’s design assignments. Instrumental at starting the print based projects in the company and gaining client’s recognition for the same. Responsible for leading all design related client deliveries, including client interactions and iteration handling. Supporting the sales team in creating prospect pitches.

Working closely with the design team to develop new interfaces and designs, with the end goal of learning to lead projects. This gave me the opportunity to adapt various skills necessary to become a valuable part of a small and efficient team.

Internship gave me an understanding of what it is like to work in all facets of a design agency and an opportunity to learn about all phases of a commercial design assignment, from research to analysis, brain-storming to concept development, wire-framing to design to production and launch.

The course taught me wide areas of visual communication, with hands on exposure. Though most of the modules were inclined towards Fashion & Lifestyle, however I gained knowledge about generic industries as well. The key specializations were Graphic design, Conceptualization, Art direction & Photography
