In this role, I am responsible for a multitude of tasks within the Design, Product Development and Marketing areas of Caspari. I handle licensing and acquisition of artwork from both independent artists and museum collections from around the world, and work closely with the Design and Product development teams to design and produce 3 seasonal collections a year of tabletop, stationery, gift wrap and gift items. I collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create and edit all marketing collateral, as well as the eCommerce team to create concepts for all digital channels, encompassing 2 retail sites, 3 wholesale sites, and social media platforms. I am responsible for creating design stories around all our assortments and ensuring the intellectual value of each story is carried through to the end consumer, styling photoshoots for all digital platforms and marketing opportunities, and buying and merchandising product for our bricks and mortar retail doors as well as our websites.
