Carol Gunn

I won't say that I am "passionate" about graphic design because I try to avoid clichés that are overused to the point of meaninglessness. But you don't spend time doing what you don't love, so I will let the numbers speak for themselves:

I began using desktop publishing software in1984. Beginning with Quark XPress, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I now use InDesign for page layout along with the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite. Malcolm Gladwell’s “10,000-Hour Rule” states that the key to success in any field is practicing a specific skill for 10,000 hours.

I have 25 years of daily graphic design software experience x 40 hrs/wk x 50 wks/yr = 50,000 hours.

That makes me an expert times five!
